These terms govern your use of the alphadr.tv website. They are not a contract for services — paid engagements with Alpha DRTV Ltd are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement signed by both parties.

1. Who we are

2. Use of this site

You may view and share the publicly available pages of this site for personal and non-commercial reference. You may not:

  • copy, scrape or republish substantial portions of the site
  • use the site to send spam, run automated attacks or load-test infrastructure
  • attempt to circumvent security measures or rate limits
  • present the site or its content as your own

3. Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, video (including the Alpha DRTV creative reel), code, layouts, original wordmarks and brand colours — is the property of Alpha DRTV Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright, design and trade-mark laws.

Third-party trade marks displayed (client and TV-partner logos) belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission for the limited purpose of identifying past commercial relationships.

You may quote short excerpts (a sentence or two) with a credit and a link back to the relevant page; longer reproduction needs prior written permission via hello@alphadrtv.com.

4. No advice, no warranty

Information on this site is provided for general information only. It is not professional advice. We make no warranty that:

  • the site is error-free, uninterrupted or virus-free
  • any campaign result, ROAS or revenue figure on this site will be replicated on a future engagement
  • any third-party service referenced will remain available

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

5. Limitation of liability

We are liable to you only for direct losses caused by our breach of these terms, capped at £100. We are not liable for:

  • indirect, consequential or special losses
  • loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity
  • losses arising from third-party services linked from this site

This clause does not limit liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

6. Linking and embedding

You may link to any public page using a plain text or unbranded link. You may not frame the site, hot-link assets, or imply a partnership we have not agreed to.

8. Governing law

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
