We only collect data you give us, plus a minimal set of technical data your browser sends automatically.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)
- Replying to your enquiry — legitimate interest to respond to commercial messages addressed to us
- Security & fraud prevention — legitimate interest to keep the website online
- Analytics & marketing tags — consent (we ask via the cookie banner; you can withdraw any time)
- Statutory record-keeping — legal obligation where required (e.g. tax records of paid engagements)
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share with the following processors only as needed to run the site and respond to enquiries:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, edge security, web analytics
- Google LLC — Tag Manager, Analytics, Consent Mode (only with your consent)
- Form processor — the contact form is submitted to a transactional email provider (Formspree / Resend / equivalent — the active provider is named in our cookie policy)
- Email provider — Google Workspace or equivalent for replying to you
International transfers (US/EEA) are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Data Bridge / EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

The site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS, modern TLS, automatic security patching and DDoS protection at the Cloudflare edge. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored only as long as needed to reply.

We update this policy when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be notified via a banner on the site for at least 14 days.
